All of our deliveries are made either:

• in relay point: by the Mondial Relais service (the choice of relay point is made on a card which is displayed just after payment)
• at home: by post via the La Poste Colissimo service
• at home: by Express Chronopost service (D + 1 delivery before 18 p.m.)

The delivery rates break down as follows:

FRANCE (Metropolitan France and Corsica only, we do not cover the French overseas departments and territories, Chronopost service only for France metropolitan):

Delivery is therefore free for a global purchase for an amount greater than € 100 in France (excluding Chronopost service).

If you want to make a return:

The returned item must be in its original packaging, with all labels and not unwrapped. It must be folded identically if it has been unpacked.

If we find that the product is not returned in a condition suitable for its return, we will apply a fee equivalent to 20% of the value of the product in order to proceed with the repair of the product.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item has been received, we will refund your order.
